Tanya’s passion for Austin real estate started at 13, when she toured nearly 100 homes with her parents before helping them choose their Great Hills dream home—where her family still lives today.

After graduating from Westwood High School's IB program, she pursued her BA in Economics at Rice University. Four years in Houston confirmed what she already knew: Austin is where her home—and heart—will always be.

Today, she combines a deep understanding of macroeconomic forces, the latest market trends, hyperlocal expertise, and an instinct for negotiation sharpened by her background in corporate recruiting. Working with Tanya means gaining a strategic partner, a powerful resource, and an authentic advocate for life.

Outside of real estate, Tanya serves as cofounder and president of Austin Young Professionals, connecting people through the events she organizes, including networking meetups, yacht parties, charity galas, and more. After 25+ years in Austin, her expansive network has proven to be an immense asset to her clients.

You'll often find her wake surfing on Lake Austin, exploring (and photographing) every tasting menu and taco truck in town, two-stepping or salsa dancing, honing her skills in the aerial arts, or making a batch of her legendary sea salt chocolate chunk cookies.
